男,汉族,二级教授、人文地理学和地理信息系统专业博士生导师。1959年9月出生于陕西西安。主要研究方向为区域可持续发展理论、模型与信息系统,主讲区域可持续发展、地理系统模型、低碳城市、Web GIS等课程。
